Nancy is going to a lecture about the great depression and during the lecture she falls asleep for a few minutes. When Nancy wakes up she is not in present time but shes in the 1930’s during the great depression. She wonders if she’ll ever get back. But that doesn’t bug her that long because she has a case to solve. Someone is cheating even the poorest people out of their money in poker. She is determined to find them and send them off to jail, she’ll do praticlly ANYTHING to catch the criminal.

i have read that book!
it is sort of wierd but its pretty good. nancy drew is a good mystey series

Cassi- have you seen the Nancy Drew movie? My girls love that movie! I still haven’t seen the whole thing.

I’ve seen the Nacy Drew movie and it is one of my favorite movies! It’s not quite like the books however it is just as good, perhaps even better!
