Big Cats Display
For the next few weeks you can come by the library to see the Big Cats display. Get up close and personal with a real jaguar, leopard and a few other interesting artifacts. Spark some interest and do some additional research on these amazing animals. Thanks to the Museum Without Walls program for allowing us the opportunity to have these displays in our library.

when i first saw the animals i was reealllyy scared, ill admit that.
I think i even almost tripped because i thought that they were going to eat me.
Then i felt bad because i had cheetah pants on. (even though my pants arent made of real cheetah!) after a while of working and seeing them, they started to interest me. Even the fossils and pictures are cool. I was surpried at how real<–(they are real) but how real they looked when they were dead! it was amazing at how they still have facial expressions, like they are both growling if you look at it real closely. They are truley beautiful animals. aahaha. that was CHHEESSSEEYYY! <3 ;]

Great to hear that the big cats are not spooking you anymore! You may be interested in taxidermy- the art of mounting or reproducing animals for display (e.g. as hunting trophies) or for other sources of study. By the way, I like your fluorescent pink cheetah pants.
